- Arrange the shipments according to the order requirement, manage the folk-lift driver’s job including stock up, packaging and truck loading. Make sure all deliveries are accurate.
- Receive the inspected products from the Quality Department and deliver the products to buffer area or arrange the shipment.
- Arrange and supervise the work of the shipping area(s), make sure the items are consistant with the shipping lists.
- Plan and manage the material placement of the finished goods area, the customer service parts area and the shipping area
- Control the shipping rhythm to excute FIFO requirement
- Arrange the receiving work according to the procedure for receiving, and put in storage according to the KanBan identification
- Arrange the daily inspection and storage/planning of any dangerous cargo and waste cargo, timely feedback any abnormals
- Supervise and training the safe use of any folk-lifts, the shipping platforms, the company ladders, any climbing bridges, the packaging machine, timely inspect and report any risks
- Manage the material employees attendance
- Improve employee performance by using management skills such as communication and motivation
- Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions
- Complete other tasks required

- Shop-floor employee management skill
- Proficient in FIFO
- Ability of storage planning
- Coordinate and communication ability
- Ability to cope with time sensitive emergencies
- Strong responsibility, can positively undertake job, has strong execution force
- Pass Wonderlic score of 25 or greater
