- Evaluating Quotations
- Negotiating prices, delivery terms and payment terms
- Placing of orders and order follow up
- Liaising with internal customer departments of requirement and deliveries
- Look at process improvements to save purchasing cost
- Looking into day to day requests of internal customers
- Implementing a software to control courier
- Ensuring materials are delivered on time
- Managing the procurement of common raw material
