-Develops facility-specific preventative maintenance schedules for machines and common areas of the facility.
-Performs all required preventative maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
-Assigns daily duties to maintenance staff.
-Plans and organizes departmental activities to accomplish goals in an effective and timely manner.
-Develops and implements procedures to order supplies and equipment.
-Maintain all tools and equipment necessary in able to provide good maintenance.
-Monitors the performance of all maintenance staff on all units and shifts.
-Completes required documentation and record keeping of maintenance activities.
-Monitors workplace for safety and fire hazards and corrects or reports potential problems to Maintenance Manager.
-Reports maintenance and equipment problems immediately to Maintenance Manager.
-Participates in fire and disaster drills and carries out assigned duties to assure factory safety in the event of an emergency.
-Maintains workplace in orderly, clean manner storing supplies and equipment in proper places when not in use.

-At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
-Ability to work under high pressure.
-Experience in repairing machines and equipment
​-Management skills, coordination
 -Autocad 3D or Solidwork (have to)
-Good English
