-Calculate Material Cost. Labor and Overhead cost.
-Control inventory movement between sites, and all transactions impact to stock GL.
-Control the material purchase prices, purchase price variance. Stock revaluation
-Analyze to inventory adjustment, inventory variance.
-Calculate the Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Margin.
-Implement the physical count, cycle count.
-Random check inventory everymonth.
-Analyze and go deeper on detail of COGS to find out the reason for the fluctuation on %Margin each month end closing.
-Maintain database to control the increasing prices of materials, how much % impact on manufacturing cost, set up target to limit this factor on cost of products.
-Prepare and release Product Costing in SAP with analytical
-Commentary for Management – on Quarterly, mid year review , COS and Budget
Prepare cost for studying new scheme for commercial.
-Prepare Price Variance Analysis for all purchased materials of RM/PM/PFG
-Need to do Quarterly GL reconciliation related to Costing & Inventory
Reconcile stock between warehouse and data stock in custom every year.
