Mô tả công việc

- Ensure equipment, machines are available, reliability to meet production plan.
- Incorporate with other teams to plan and organize the maintenance activities to comply with maintenance procedure, audit and carry out PM as planned.
- Support to solve troubleshooting to quickly get equipment, machines back to production activities.
- Manage Spare parts to adequately provide spare parts for maintenance activities planning.
- Maintain and manage all Spare part activities to ensure all spare parts are controlled and updated.
- Drive and manage the Spare part store team to comply with property management policies.
- Support and coordinate teams to do assessments for critical equipment for maintenance database building.
- Control budget maintenance.
- Enhance and develop staff by training, coaching to provide skill and knowledge to meet company goals.

- 2-3 years’ experience in operation and repair industrial equipment.
- 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance planning and organization.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in food factory.
- Experience in SAP using for spare part management.(have to)
- Good English.
- University graduated in Electrical,Mechanical
