- Báo cáo khuôn, Lắc.
- Thiết kế khuôn và lắc theo yêu cầu khách hàng.
- Nhận và trả lại hoặc giao khuôn và Lắc bên ngoài với mục đích sửa chữa.
- Quản lí khuôn và lắc trong qui trình sản xuất để tránh mất khuôn và Lắc.
- Tìm sự đồng bộ trong cài đặt khuôn và lắc đến máy móc.
- Kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu phù hợp để chạy mẫu.
- His main areas of responsibilities and accountability in mould making, jig & fixture, measuring knowledge and skill.
- To do calculation.
- To read and understand mould/part drawing.
- To take safety precaution at work.
- To understand or execute the following in connection with mould Assembly/Repair/Maintenance:-
- Mould receiving
- Design standard
- Drawing change/modification
- Component inspection (appearance, dimension-shape)
- Comparison of die measurement against part measurement or drawing specification.
- Fitting and touch area adjustment
- Bench fitting and polishing processes
- Repair and modification sketch on existing mould, jig and machine components.
- To fabricate, improve and sketch drawing for all kinds of mold, jig and machinery related components.
-To complete tasks within a reasonably estimated time frame.
Responsible for sample preparation such as moulding parts and assembly parts including measurement data and submission of sample to QC if required.
- To assist the department head in achieving goals.
- Ability to use all supporting machines apart from the one mentioned above.
- To be responsible for all activities leading to quality. Productivity, delivery and cost saving.
- To be responsible for 5S.
- Ensure that the Quality Management System requirement related to the Department is implemented and maintained.

- Cao đẳng/ đại học.
- Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm.
- Sử dụng thành thạo autocad 2D, 3D, CAM
- Anh văn giao tiếp.
- Siemen NX UGS knowledge
- Mold 3D designing
- Design and development knowledge
- Plastic field related
