Mô tả công việc
- Drive MOVE programs in Plant level (FIT, LPR, SPS, CIP,…) to bring real financial impact to EBIT, PCR
- Set up MOVE organization; Define MOVE roadmap and target
- Improve MOVE team competence and development
- Measure lean development progress and maturity level of plant
- Develop MOVE multiplier network and competence
- Define/coordinate/follow up lean activities
- Lead/moderate MOVE-related workshops
- Ensure the implementation and sustainability of improved processes
- Support other functions to realize improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to develop Schaeffler Vietnam towards a lean organization
- Support Apprenticeship program
- Contact person for lean expertise to all functions in the plant

- Background from an engineering field or having equivalent knowledge
- At least 03 years experience in similar position
