- Setting up parameter and write program for new type
- Technical understanding and quality awareness
- Creating work instruction related to coating process and training for coating Operators
- Analysing of production process and solving the problem from root cause
- Testing, evaluating & start-up new product or manufacturing process
- Troubleshooting support (machine, quality…etc)
- Analysing chemical result by internal and external and give production advise
- Coordinator with other plant, AP, HQ to solve technical issue as soon as possible
- Coordinator with tool, coating machine, chemical supplier to solve issue as soon as possible

Yêu cầu công việc

- University or College graduated, major in Chemical.
- Good English skill is required
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Powerpoint…)
- Metal processing experience
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3+ years' experience in related field. Knowledge of facilities chemical/ Coating process systems.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistical methods to include Statistical
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with little or no supervision
- Values safety for yourself and others around you
